Maze Profit Machine is a web application, licensed to you as a one-time purchase, that draws maze pages, their matching solution pages, covers and export files from settings you provide. Standard licenses are hosted and operated by us: you access the application through an account on our servers, and there is nothing for you to install. A separate Reseller License, if purchased, additionally provides an installable copy you may run on hosting you control.
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Maze Profit Machine through one account per license purchased, for your own commercial or personal publishing use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account or the application itself. Reseller License holders receive additional distribution rights as set out in that offer.
Books, mazes, solution pages, covers, and listing text you generate using Maze Profit Machine are yours to publish and sell. You are responsible for complying with the content-disclosure and eligibility policies of any marketplace (including Amazon KDP) where you publish generated content.
You agree not to use Maze Profit Machine to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property, violates applicable law, or violates the terms of any AI provider whose API the app connects to on your behalf.
Maze and solution pages are drawn by this application itself, on our servers, using ordinary graphics code — no third-party AI service is involved in producing them and no credit is charged for producing them. The only feature that calls a third-party AI provider is the Amazon Listing Kit, which generates listing text and is part of the separate Publisher Toolkit upgrade. On hosted accounts those calls are made with our provider credentials and metered to your account as Listing Credits; on a self-installed Reseller copy you supply your own API keys. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms. Maze Profit Machine is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or output of third-party AI services.
Refunds are handled per the 30-day guarantee stated on the sales page at time of purchase, subject to its fair-use clause.
