This policy covers two things: (a) data collected when you visit this sales page or purchase a license, and (b) data handled by the Maze Profit Machine application inside your account on our servers.
Checkout is processed by our payment/affiliate platform (WarriorPlus). We receive your name, email, and purchase details from that platform to deliver your license and product access. We do not process or store your payment card details ourselves.
Your account details, generated books, maze and solution pages, covers, and export files are stored in a database on servers we operate. Our staff can access this data only where needed to run the service, respond to your support requests, or comply with law. You can download your books and exports at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data. If you hold a Reseller License and run your own installed copy, that installation's data lives on hosting you control and we have no access to it.
Your maze and solution pages are drawn on our own servers and are never sent to a third party. The only feature that contacts a third-party AI provider (e.g. OpenRouter, OpenAI, Gemini) is the Amazon Listing Kit, which generates listing text and is part of the separate Publisher Toolkit upgrade: the book details you type are sent to the provider and the returned text is stored in your account. Those providers handle that traffic under their own privacy policies. On a self-installed Reseller copy, you supply your own API keys and the traffic does not pass through us.
We use your purchase email to send license delivery, account access instructions, and occasional product/support updates. You can opt out of non-essential updates at any time.
This sales page may use basic cookies for checkout and countdown-timer functionality. It does not run third-party ad-tracking pixels.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about your purchase by contacting support.
